Can't sign in into iTunes and App Store

Came across this problem a few days ago where I can't login into iTunes and App Store so I can't use the apps in my phone. I've tried logging in but still nothing happens when I try to login into the iTunes and App Store. My phone at the moment is useless right and I really need help.


Any help is Appreciated

What happens when you try? Error message(s)? Apple ID disabled or locked?


 Apple ID disabled - Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
