I am unable to connect to both the appstore and iTunes. I've tried logging out and back in, but now I can't log back in. When ever I try to switch iTunes and App Store back on, it doesn't work. It just stays off. I've even reset my phone and now I'm left with no apps because I can't get into the appstore. Please help me!

I have tried everything from the article and I’ve even reset my phone to factory default. Now I have no apps and still unable to turn on the AppStore or iTunes. Every time I try to switch it on, it just goes right back to being off.
