Unresponsive

Hello, my iPhone X has been unresponsive for the past week. I have no phone to contact anyone. It has been fixed twice with Apple under a month. I spoken to 02 over the phone and they said that Apple will replace the device as it’s been multiple of times. I have booked an Apple appointment to repair the device but I don’t want it to be unresponsive again!! Is there any chance that Apple will replace the device?

We can't diagnose / judge that kind of issue remotely, sorry.
