I want access to my old iClouds but can’t get in . I want to access my notes

Please help me get access to my old iClouds

First easy method is use a web browser and sign in with the Apple ID and password associated with old iCloud account at www.icloud.com to view notes see this article https://support.apple.com/kb/ph12081?locale=en_US

Second method is sign out from existing Apple ID from an iPhone see this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT208242

And then sign with old iCloud account Apple ID and password in iPhone see this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204053

Make sure you click on keep a copy of iCloud data ( in your case it is notes ) .
