How do i get rid of Bing on Safari. It's infuriating!

How do i get rid of Bing on Safari. It redirects automatically from google, even though google is set as the search engine. I have tried changing it to yahoo and then back but it keeps doing it. Also I can't quit safari. It keeps opening. Even when I force quit it comes straight back again. I have tried restarting, looked for sketchy apps and I can't see anything unusual. Please help me!
