Anti-reflective coating issues

I have an issue with anti-reflective coating on my MBP 2015. The very same problem as on the photo below.

Is there any possibilities to fix it?

In addition, I just heard about 'Apple MacBook Pro Anti-Reflective Display Coating Repair Program' and I wonder if it's possible to take advantage of it?

On MacBook and MacBook Pro models with Retina displays, the antireflective display coating can rub off or delaminate under certain circumstances.

Apple covers a replacement display for affected systems for 4 years from the original purchase date or 2 years from October 16, 2015, whichever is longer.

If necessary, an affected and eligible Retina Display may be replaced twice per device serial number at no charge.
