Apple Support doesn't work!
Hello!
Since days the Apple Support doesn't work anymore (--> 403 Forbidden) and Apple is acting like nothing happened?
How can we contact Apple Support? Thank you!

I meant “really” about your “racist”
comment about Switzerland...
BTW the phone number works, in just the link to the apple support that doesn’t work... And this happend to the support from all the world, is not limited to the Swiss one...0
Look at deggie's linked page
Follow the troubleshooting steps on that page
- TEST after EACH step
It is quite possible that merely "clearing cache" will do the trick
If none of the troubleshooting solves the 403 problem, you can tell the person on the phone about THAT issue as well AFTER you get help with the one that started your quest

I understand English may not be your first language. But I don't think you really understand what "racist" means. To throw it around in such an offhand manner is unwise. Just as a start, the people who live in Switzerland do not constitute a separate racial group, though they, as individuals may be part of racial groups (e.g., white, black, Asian, etc).
What happens when you click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page?
As I wrote, it appears "403 Forbidden"
I'm in Switzerland.
I don't have a server problem.
Apple has support in CH.
No browser problem...
If I can't reach the Apple Support, how can I phone them? I don't have their number saved...
Where are you located? If I click on that link (and I did before I suggested it) it works. There may be a server problem where you are or Apple may not have support in your location. Or you could have a browser issue.
So you are operating Apple's servers and still can't reach them? That is interesting.
Have you deleted any Apple cookies and emptied the cache for your browser?
What happens when you call AppleCare with a telephone, does it also say not in service?

Wow really?
Yes, really, the first link deggie gave you gives the contact information and the second explains the error message. If there's something you don't understand about either link, please explain what it is.
Amazing that in Switzerland they have no means to look up phone numbers.
Wow really? 😒
