sim card
My phone intermittently displays a message that says 'no SIM card'. Can I clean my current SIM Card?
or am I better off getting it replaced?

You can clean it and see if that resolves the issue. Use a bit of alcohol and a cotton swab on the gold contacts of the card should be all that it takes.
Otherwise, getting a new sim card from your carrier is also an option. Normally carriers do not charge for them.
