Safari starts with a question about chrome bookmarks

When i start safari i get an question about chrome bookmarks for a sec.

After that i cant use safari, cant close safari only via force, safari works when i log in another user.

The question is a pop-down window which asks in dutch so i will try to translate it here.

When you started on 30 march 2019 with trying of safari, the settings where imported so you can use them in safari
