Question concerning the App Store

Hey, I was wondering if there is a App in the App Store which allows me to lock other apps on my phone (not jail braked). I know that you can simply do that in the I Phone settings, but I was still wondering if there exits a App and if not if it would be possible (if apple would allow an app that can lock other Apps)
