How to turn off YouTube and other Audio Video Apps on Apple Watch?

Hi,

Every time I play YouTube or any other audio video apps on my iPhone, the same is playing on my Apple Watch. Is there is a way to stop them from playing on my watch?

Go to settings and turn auto play.
