Difficulty answering incoming call

When I have an incoming call, I push the green call button but it will not let me answer

I would suggest you reset your watch. Press the crown and side button in until the Apple logo appears. Then try. Still issues unpair your Watch and repair pair it. Also check your Watch is updated to 5.2 and your iPhone is running iOS 12.2
