my daughter has locked her iphone 6splus by changing her passcode and unable to remember it. I have tried to connect to itunes and can get the restore screen up on the phone however no restore screen shows on the itunes page on her PC. I suspect this is due to the fact she has not synced for some time.
how can we unlock this please?
