MBP 2016 Touchbar and Bootcamp Drivers Install Stuck

I just updated to Mojave and installed Windows via Bootcamp. The Installing Bootcamp screen is stuck on "Enumerating pre-install packages". I looked at TaskManager and see Setup.exe > Intel Chipset Device Software (32 bit) twice and Boot Camp.

I tried ending the task for both Intel Chipset Device Software to see if it would move on. The Installing Bootcamp screen remains stuck and Setup.exe in TaskManager now shows AMD Install Manager, AMD Install Manager (32 bit), ATISetup, Boot Camp, Console Windows Host. It doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Is there a workaround for this? Otherwise, does anyone know how to manually install the Bootcamp drivers and in which order?

I tried to manually install the drivers the D (OSXRESERVED):\Bootcamp\Drivers. The Intel\IntelEthernetInstaller64.exe installed fine. Then I went to AMDGraphics\Setup.exe and the AMD Installer is stuck on Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64) at 22%. This is pretty frustrating... Anyway, any suggestions on how to get the Bootcamp drivers entirely installed will be greatly appreciated.
