My Apple Watch 4 is locked & cannot reset it

I forgot the passcode for my Apple Watch and after too many attempts to remember it I could not. No my Apple Watch is locked and the message “Too many passcode attempts. Reset Apple Watch and paid it again” is showing on the screen all the time. I cannot teach the power off screen! I cannot reach anything! 😭

I have checked many threads here and over the Internet as well as some videos however all of them could not solve my problem. Any advice?
