Force reset

I didn’t use my Apple Watch for a long time and I forgot the passcode. I tried many attempts to open it but I couldn’t open it already.. and my Apple Watch says I have many attempt that I have to reset it and pair it again.. I have been doing resets but I couldn’t get through.. can someone please help me about it. Thank you.
