I've Recently purchased an iphone but it is Locked with other apple ID , now what should i do ?

If the iPhone is tied to an Apple ID that is not yours, there is nothing to be done. Apple will only help the original owner of the iPhone and Apple ID remove any locks.

You can try, and perhaps the previous owner could be honest and help you. I would not stake a lot on the situation turning out that way, however.
Phone is useless to you without the previous owners information to remove the icloud lock.
Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
Return the phone and get a refund.
Can i get any email ID of previous Owner so i can contact him & tell him about the situation.?
I've purchased it 5 months ago from the market and didn't know that find my iphone is turned on this device now i just factory reset the phone and got stucked.
Unless the owner chose to leave contact information in a lost mode screen, there is no way for you to discover anything about them. Apple’s privacy policy makes it clear they will not give out contact information of any of their customers to anyone who asks unless it’s accompanied by a legal mandate to do so.
Apple basically does not get involved, at all, with private party sales or exchanges of personal property.
