Outlook send button grey when I open from within another app

We have multiple ipads, all the same and all brand new. They all have the same app, CDR, on them. One of the features of the app is to send an email with a link, it opens the email program and populates the email for you. On one of the devices we are not able to hit the send button. We cannot figure out why we are able to send on all of the other devices but not this particular one. I attached a screenshot of the greyed out send button. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Try deleting the recipient's name and reentering it manually by typing the email address. Have you tried turning off your iPad and turning it back on?

Everything looks normal to me. If you tap the name in the To field, does it show you an email address in the correct format?

I'm out of ideas. Factory reset may be too drastic but it's the last suggestion I can offer.

Thank you for the suggestions. We tried both suggestions, also uninstalled/reinstalled the app, resetting the mail settings. We still have a grey send button that cannot be pressed.

That is what is strange, everything seems to look and act normal besides the send button. The only thing that we cannot do on the device in this situation is click on the send button. When we click the name in the to field, it shows the full email address in the correct format.
