Siri using cellular data

How do I only allow Siri when I’m on WiFi so as not to use my mobile data allowance?

Siri requires Internet connection.

For whatever reason, you cannot restrict her using cellular in the settings. You can only turn her off, if you do not want to her to use mobile data.
