Login Screen Question Marks

After installing majove os my all fonts show question marks. For this reason, I can't even login the system.

I tried below solution but it didn't work either. Commands not found at the specified terminal. Can anyone help me about this?

Open Terminal in your Utilities' folder and paste the following after the prompt:

fontrestore default

Press RETURN.

If this doesn’t fix the problem then paste the following after the prompt:

sudo atsutil databases -remove

Press RETURN.

You may need to restart the computer for anything to take effect.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.13

Try booting into Safe Mode and then after a minute close down and boot normally (use the Shift key on Start Up).
