Purchase error

I have been trying to make a purchase through my iTunes Store but it’s keeps saying purchase error, I should contact iTunes support

please how can I rectify this ??

If you supplied a credit or debit card, check its details. If they're correct, or you're using a different payment method, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
