BilliNg methode for apple music

I can‘t change my billing methode for my apple music abonnoment and now it just got canceled and all my music is gone... I tried to change the billing methode at the appstore under my account settings like 10 times (no not exaggerated) and I even tried to change it online under my apple ID account but apparently it didn‘t work... is there a way to get my music back or do I seriously have to sign up for a new abonnement and then download everything again? In that case I‘ll rather switch to spottify.
