Flickering screen when on Netflix? SHOCKING DISCOVERY!

My computer screen has been flashing and flickering whenever I would watch Netflix or some sort of video. I would usually think nothing of it but this time I thought I was seen a face when it flashes! I decided to record it and watch back and it suddenly stopped flashing.
