Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!


I understand the Photos app on www.iCloud.com has stopped responding. The first thing you can do is check the system status for "iCloud Web Apps."


System Status


If there is no issue, try signing out of iCloud, quitting the browser and restarting your computer to refresh it and re-establish a connection to the internet.


If the issue persists when you sign back into your account at www.iCloud.com take a look at the resource below. There is a link to Apple Support if you need more help.

It will corrupt the photo library .

Most probably its is the issue with disk errors , you can consult senior advisors and click on send to apple ( as shown in your screen shot ) .
