Hello NabilEldib,
Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities and asking about the terms and conditions loop. I am happy to check this out with you.
1. Force close all open apps, particularly the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks, and Music apps: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
2. Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
3. Test to see if the terms and conditions continue to appear after this.
4. If the issue remains, this may still be related to the network you are connected to. If you are using Wi-Fi, I recommend trying while connected to a different wireless network. You can also try by turning off Wi-Fi and testing only with your cellular connection (if possible.)
5. If the issue remains on multiple wireless networks or on cellular also, the next step I recommend it to install any available updates to your iOS software: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Thanks and have a wonderful day.
