Different version of 1 movie = paying twice

Hello,

I would like to ask you, why there are 2 copies of 1 movie in iTunes Store? Difference between them is supported language - cheaper movie (for example Iron Man 2) is only in Czech language without subtitles, but more expensive movie is in English language and with multiple subtitles. On DVD I can choose which language or subtitles I want to use. So in iTunes Store I have to pay twice for 1 movie!

And the cherry at the end - sometimes there are different name of movie - the same movie + but different language of this copy = different name. So when I will make any sorting or filtering it will be there on different position.

simple question: why? And I hope in no answer like “because Apple can do it”.
