Terms and conditions keeps coming on after accepting

Hello. I m using ipad pro 10,5 inch 2017 model. I tried to update yesterday some of my apps, as i taped (update all) a notification came on my screen saying terms and conditions have changed and i had to accept them in order to continue the update. I acdept them as requested but as soon as taped agree the notidication came on again asking me to do the same thing i did 1 minute ago. No matter how many times I agreed to terms and condition the notification keeps coming on and that is causing me a trouble because i cant update or even download anything from the appstore. I tried restarting the ipad. Signed out of my account restarting and signing in again but the notification keeps coming on every time i try to do something through appstore. Please help me fix this issue.
