Will you please add a redhead option to all the emojis that have hair color options? I appreciate that you added a redhead emoji, but I would like to have the options of expressions and actions that other hair colors have.

Apple does not create Emoji, simply use the ones made by the Unicode Consortium. That's where you request new emoji.
