Cannot agree Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with accepting Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. When I press "Ok" on the modal screen attached below, pops up "Terms and Conditions" page. I press "Agree" on the right corner and "Agree" on the modal screen. And Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions modals continues to appear again and again.

I've tried turning the iPhone off and on and logging iCloud out and in. But the issue is still exist. Could anyone help me to resolve it?
