Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions

So i’m trying to update the apps on my phone, and each time i hit update it asks to agree on the new conditions and terms, so i hit ok, then agree and so on, but then i asks again over and over again, it literally asked me so far 34 times, and it won’t update nor download any app unless i agree on the conditions, i tried first to cancel, then try again, didn’t work, then tried to turn off my phone and reboot it, also didn’t work, then tried to force restart and then sign out of itunes and re-sign in, also, didn’t work, now i’m stuck, i can’t update any app or download any app. Any help?

(btw i have iPhone 6 Plus, and the software is up to date)
