Photos libraries
I would like to move some raw images I have in one Photos library to another Photos library while retaining the raw format. Is it possible?

Yes. There's two ways:
1 - export the original RAW file to a folder on the Desktop and import the folder of raw files into the other library.
2 - get the paid version of PowerPhotos. Put the photos you want to copy to the other library in an album. With PowerPhotos you can then select that album in Library A and copy it to Library B while selecting to copy just original files in its preferences.
Then open drag the folder from Library A onto Library B to copy the photos.
