Tinder Subscription
When I took a 1 month subscription for Tinder, there was no auto renewal cancellation, or at least I could not find it.
Today I just received your invoice for its renewal, which I have not authorised and you are refusing to give me the refund, even though I am cancelling it on the same day !!
I live in Bangkok, and since your site wanted me to speak to an agent. After doing this, whatever phone call I am setting up, is coming to me in Thai language, which I don't speak !!
I really regret using Apple subscription process for the first, and most likely the last time.
In fact, with such a poor customer service I am now seriously thinking of moving over to Pixel,
since all the apps I am using are all google - gmail, contacts, photos, youtube, maps.....I am not using Apple for anything.
I also don't understand why a customer has to provide free space to your software updates ??
Apple seems to be going down very rapidly !!!
I hope Apple refunds this wrongly charged amount off $ 14.99 but even if not, I am not going to waste any further time, as I've already spent the last one hour trying but haven't even reached any place yet.
