Using Smart Mailboxes on iOS Mail app

Dear Apple,

For a long time I was waiting for the update of Mail app for iOS that would include synchronization of Smart Mailboxes from MacOS. With Smart Mailboxes on Mac OS I am able to separate work emails from personal, sort-out newsletters, but on iOS it just gets all in one pile again.

Have a look at Gmail, it is so handy to use both on the laptop and iPhone. Is it time to say goodbye to Mail?
