screen shot not working
just upgraded to 12.2 on iPhone7 and screen shot now not working. Tried hard reset and using assistive touch. still nothing. any ideas ?

If a Forced Restart doesn’t fix then it may be a result of the update not going to plan, if so you could try a Restore via iTunes.

It’s hard to say if using a backup would import the issue back, so a Setup as New would be the best option but if you can’t face re-configuring the device all over again you could take the chance.
