Can’t remove credit card details l want payment options as none but that is not coming up

You can remove the credit card after you create your Apple ID, but there are certain conditions that can prevent you from doing so and they are outlined in this support article.

You cannot do that after you create your Apple ID. While creating new Apple ID there's an option to select payment method as None. Once you have created, you cannot remove payment method. You can however change payment details or card details.
