Payment to iTunes 27.49$

Hi Team,


On Tuesday 23rd April 2019 at 1:10AM, I received a message alert in SMS saying that payment of USD 27.49 (inclusive all services fees) using Smart prepaid, as per attached screen shot.


The he problem is that I have never purchased anything from my Apple ID account, why it suddenly deducted automatically without any confirmation from my phone balance?


can you help me to check why? And refund my money back? If you found anything auto purchase, please help to tell me why, and deactivate them according.
