Can somebody please tell me how to send an email to these apple people.
My place is not on the list to get support thru chatting or they keep telling me to bring for repair.
i'm really frustrated already with this.

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a email option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get an email option.
Or fill out and submit this form. The form is for iTunes, but it will get passed to the ID Support section.
