How can I get my delete photo and videos back on my iPhone

How can I get all my photos and videos back from my iCloud? I have 2 phones and I deleted my videos and photo from one phone and it got erased from both phones PLEASE HELP ME GET THEM BACK!

Deleted photos go into a album called recently deleted. They would be there for 30 days.

if it has been less than 30 days you can get them back.
