Cannot contact support from any device

I have been trying for 2 day straight to contact someone from support, https://getsupport.apple.com/ but i just get a page saying we're sorry please try later.....what do i do?

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
