Does anybody knows how to contact apple?
Alll support pages direct to an error... it is impossible to contact apple. There is no response on bug or device errors submitted.
So basically people buy ridiculously devices without any support?

Try a different web browser.
Try clearing your web browser web cache (for Safair, quit Safari, Hold Shift key and Launch Safari).
Try using your smart phone (the iPhone actually has an Apple Support app, which can be faster than a web browser).
