Kaiser Colorado no longer is connecting to the health records. Was the link broken in an update?

Kaiser has not been able to update to my health records to the Apple health app in over a year. It says that it does link but the connection is broken.

Update Link to Healthcare Provider in Apple Health I connected my healthcare provider to Apple Health on my iPhone so that my records from that provider will show up in Apple Health. Connecting the provider was easy to set up. I noticed, however, that no records from the provider were showing up after around April 2021. Health records not reflecting in Apple health I was trying to setup Heath records on my iPhone with the latest os. Although for some reason, even after following the complete step by step guide provided on Apple support to setup health records for vaccinations and blood reports, I am unable to find the health records option to start with . I have tried rebooting the device multiple times, cleared cache and restarted health app although the summary not the browse page has the ‘health records’ option. would be great if someone could help out!

That's something to ask the provider.
