Can't change my payment method to non and cant change region
as thes shots shows , I don't have credit in my visa card and every time I try to downlaoad a free app a pop up tells me I have to verify my payment method .

Apple ID without a credit card
Apple ID - If you can‘t choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information
You need a zero account balance, you need to cancel all your subscriptions, you need a credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in, and you need a billing address in that country. If you have an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account.

Region - Change your iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store country or region
