I can’t change my payment method

Hello ~ If you have a balance you must zero that balance .You can do so by buying something…say an app or anything more than your balance the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your account. You may also contact Apple to help with this. Also you may not remove a payment method for various reasons…an unpaid balance or subscriptions for example. Take a look here:
