Can’t Change Apple ID Country/Region
Can’t change apple ID country/region.
• have 0 funds
• have no on-going subscriptions
• have no “amounts owed” under payment history
• can’t use any other payment methods/details that is accepted on current set country/region
• and, therefore, cannot settle additional icloud storage payment
• can’t update or download new apps because I can’t supply any payment details/method that works on current region
What should I do? Thanks!
