iPhone 8 ringer volume changes to loudest setting

Have my iPhone 8 ringer volume set to medium, but when calls come in, it rings at the loudest setting possible. I've contacted Apple and we reset the phone. It worked for a few days, but went back. Anyone else having this issue or any ideas how to fix it? I'm tired of jumping out of my skin every time it rings.

Call the Apple store in your city and have the Genius Bar looked at it and maybe the Genius Bar can fix the ringer volume problem for you and make an appointment too.

Have you installed any third party App on your iPhone which creating this conflict. Check all app that has been downloaded by you and are linked to the Sound on your iPhone
