I got locked out of my Apple Watch

So I got locked out of my Apple Watch and then it unpaired from my phone. I cannot get into the watch because it says I need to enable the passcode on my phone but my watch is not connected to my phone and I don’t know how to reset my watch so I can get into it and reconnect it to my phone!
