Update or restore screen

Hello

Im connecting my ipad to computer when it is Recovery mode however Update&restore screen is not poping up.

My device did not update nor did it restore, I still have the screen that asks me to connect to my MacBook My iPad was updated to the latest iOS I would use it for half the day and it would reboot. When I plugged it in to my MacBook, it said the iPad was stuck in restore mode, now all I see is the restore screen and can't get past it.

iPad restoring I wanted to restore my iPad back to factory settings, i booted it up into recovery mode(with the connect to computer logo) and all. When i try to update and restore the iPad, it downloads the update file but my iPad exits the recovery mode by the time the update file is done downloading. When i redo the process above, it downloads the update file again and my ipad leaves recovery made. Any way to restore my Ipad without this repeating?
