Iphone XR and physical disability limitations

I am a quadriplegic and am unable to use my fingers to squeeze, pinch or otherwise manipulate the screen. For years I have successfully been using older generations of iPhones with physical Home Buttons. I want to upgrade from my iPhone 7 to an XR. My question is; can I navigate an iPhone X series with such limited finger dexterity?
