Using Remote app on Apple Watch 4

In setting up the app to control my Apple TV, I added the TV more than once. I would like to delete the additional ones I added. So how do I remove a device that I have added to my Apple Watch remote app?

If that doesn't help...Go to your Remote App on your iPhone,,,Tap on it...then tap on Devices (top left corner)..next tap on Edit....
