iphone 6s set up

I just purchased an iphone 6s for my child. I also set her up on my family sharing. When starting set up on her iphine, do I use her id or mine?

Use her ID to keep her data separate from yours. Using her ID also allows you to use Parental controls and Ask to buy among other things.
